Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Supported Housing Assistant to join our team.
As the key point of contact, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the housing facility by efficiently managing various tasks. This includes responding to inquiries, maintaining the security and safety of residents and the building, and overseeing fire safety measures. Collaborating with the housing team, you play a crucial role in promptly processing voids and handling referrals to the service. Additionally, you provide essential administrative support, managing rent payments, updating accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Overall, your role is vital in creating a secure and well-maintained environment for residents while supporting the broader objectives of IMPAKT Housing & Support.
