We are proud to handling the recruitment of a Supporter Care Coordinator for a leading charity based in central London. As the Supporter Care Coordinator you will provide excellent customer service to every supporter who interacts with the charity.
You will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries and incoming supporter communications, maintaining and updating the database, logging and processing all feedback that the charity receives accurately and efficiently, sharing trends and insights with senior management.
You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to handle and log supporter concerns, complaints and queries with care and professionalism.
As the Supporter Care Coordinator, you will need:
• Experience of providing excellent customer service to supporters or customers on the telephone, by email and in writing
• Ability to handle complex queries and complaints
• Knowledge of and experience using IT systems and databases
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Contract: Temporary
Location: London/Hybrid
