Job Title: Surfacing Supervisor
Location: East Anglia - Locations are centred around Cambridge, resurfacing of some of the major A roads, candidate needs to be flexible about covering the Eastern Region
Project details: Resurfacing contract on the National Highways area 6&8 covering off major roads such as the A14, A11, M11, A12 etc
The set up on site: Will be reporting into a PM / CM depending on the site
Job Spec / person spec: Resurfacing and surfacing experience is key, cant be just civils. Need to be able to travel depending on the location.
Day to Day Duties:
Managing an asphalt gang, repairing and replacing the tarmac
Managing paperwork
Tool box talks, inductions, briefings
Permits
Order material plant
Managing h&s
Qualifications / certificates required:
SMSTS
CSCS Gold / Black
Duration:
On-going for the right fit
Hours:
07:00-17:00 on days
19:00-05:00 on nights
Will be a mixture of the two
