We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Ward Nurse to join a Private Hospital in Gatwick.
Hours: Over 7 days per week, days nights & weekends (7:00am - 19.30pm and 19:00pm - 7:30 am).
Surgical Nurse Duties:
- You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
- Assist in maintaining and developing services.
Who are we looking for?
- Registered Nurse / NMC PIN (No Restrictions on practice)
- Be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
- Experience of working in Surgical or Orthopedic
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills
