Job Overview: RICS Registered and Qualified Residential Consultant Surveyor (self-employed)

Are you self-employed or want to move into working for yourself?

We are a residential property surveying company which offers Level 2 and Level 3 Home surveys and a range of valuations, nationwide. We are seeking RICS-registered and qualified Surveyors and/or Valuers to join us as a self-employed consultants covering various postcodes in England or Wales.

You will be either: AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS with at least one year of post-training experience in conducting residential surveys and/or valuations. You will hold a VRS qualification if you are a Valuer.

We offer:

- Jobs supplied, no taking payment, no admin tasks

- Share of customer ex-VAT job fee 55:45 in surveyor's favour

- Surveyor fees paid twice a month (we self bill, no need for you to raise invoices)

- Ability to work between 2 and 6 days per week alongside your own private work
