About the role

Survivor Speak Out (SSO) Network Coordinator will ensure networks members are engaging in activities and kept up to date with opportunities. You will play a big role in ensuring that survivor voices are represented in our work.

About you

You will work very closely with the Survivor Speak Out Network manager in delivering the policy influencing and accountability work to deliver Freedom from Torture and the Survivor speak Out strategy.

You will be responsible for organising meetings, sharing opportunities with survivors and lived experienced of the asylum system. Growing the involvement of survivor is a key goal, therefore, as SSO Coordinator. You will liaise with clinicians about opportunities for referral and trainings for members. You will need to be self-determined and lead to encourage members participations.

In return, we offer a competitive package, with a generous 30-day annual leave entitlement, and 6% employer pension contribution (minimum 1% employee contribution).

Our policy is that all appointments will be at the start of the salary range, but successful candidates will have the opportunity to move up the scale over time. The progression up the salary range is reviewed on an annual basis and subject to affordability. For this role, the salary range is : £33,396 - £38.740
