One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to recruit a Sustainability Advisor to work across several public healthcare contracts across England and Scotland.
The employer already offer several service lines, from cleaning to catering, with the client now particularly interested around help to reaching various goals around Sustainability.
This Advisor would play a pivotal role in the the deployment of Sustainability & Social Value frameworks and "toolkits" to Healthcare Accounts, in line with the agreed playbooks, and monitor ongoing delivery and performance.
You would then collaborate with Business Partners and L&D to provide technical Sustainability & Social Value delivery (training) programs and ensure training delivery standard is consistent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability professional with some strong skills in Sustainability within the built environment, and is now looking to advance their career.
Actions will include:
- Lead the deployment of sustainability and social value toolkits, frameworks and standards to Key Account Customer and manage change activity in line with playbook and required timelines, commercials and quality management
- Support with creation and implementation of standardised processes to support deployment of toolkits across several key accounts within our range of customers’ sectors
- Implement and manage robust, technology-focused deployment plans, ensuring stakeholders are brought along and bought into the changes for each key account customer
- Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across customers in UK&I in regard to Sustainability & Social Value, sharing knowledge and innovation where relevant
- Complete all required project, compliance and associated documentation for Sustainability Projects in scope for UK&I, Group and Customers
