Halma plc is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Reporting Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in developing sustainability and non-financial reporting strategy and integrating with the finance function.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop the Group’s Sustainability Reporting strategy, gather, analyse, and communicate data on sustainability performance, contributing to the overall transparency and accountability of the organisation.

The successful Sustainability Reporting Lead will:
● Have a proven track record or strong capabilities in non financial reporting, ideally ISSB, SASB, CSRD knowledge along with UK transition plan and UK, EU Taxonomy
● Hold a background within accounting and be a chartered accountant (ACCA or ACA) or present as a numerate sustainability professional, with a degree level qualification
● Be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to work cross functionally with finance, risk, IR and with the executive teams sitting within the operating companies
● Be comfortable working within a large decentralised structure and the challenges and opportunities this presents
