Job title: Global Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Business Partner

Contract type: Interim - 3 months

Hours: Full time mostly

Pattern of work: Hybrid - mostly from home/remote attend offices once a month

Location: A short walk from Chancery Lane station

Salary: £26.37 + £3.18 holiday pay, this is the equivalent of annual salary of £48,369

In you role as Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Business Partner you are required to help deliver an end to end high quality recruitment campaigns for vacancies across the business including the onboarding process.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, Resourcing and OD your will oversee the day to work of a Global Talent, Resourcing and OD Officer.

Your day to day duties will include;

• Developing and planning recruitment campaigns that are cost effective in order to attract best talent
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and plan current and future recruitment needs
• To advise managers on best practice recruiting processes including interview and selection process
• Build and maintain a strong pool candidates by direct sourcing and pro active market research
• Oversee the onboarding of new starters
• Identify hiring trends and planning effectively
• Utilising recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, social media and other networks
• Working on projects, developing recruitment materials and coordinating with country offices to address their market specific needs

The skills that you bring to your roles as Global Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Business Partner will include;

• Strong experience in managing end to end recruitment
• A proven track record in managing stakeholders and line managers and advising on best practice
• Strong knowledge of embedding EDI in recruitment practices, processes and procedures
