The Role
We are looking for someone to join our Client Support team in a Switchboard capacity, to ensure our clients receive the best customer experience from start to finish.

This is a busy role, and I'm not exaggerating by any means; during COVID we were experiencing over 600 calls a day from clients who were needing our expert advice.
So, we need strong communicators, who can work under pressure, yet remain calm and collected!
Is this you?
The role is solely a phone-based position, you will be speaking to people at all levels, you will be answering calls back-to-back, asking key information, recording this information per client, and put through to the right department and boy do we have a lot of them!
We are open to backgrounds, so whether that be proven experience in a switchboard/reception capacity dealing with a high volume of calls, or in an Inbound customer service position across any sector.
What is important to us, is that you can work at pace, able to ask the right questions, potentially delving a little deeper at times to make sure we understand who they need to speak to, teamwork and most importantly POSITIVITY!
