Job Summary
System Support Specialist
The position is located at 3300 Airport Rd., Denton, TX 76207.
Telecommuting permitted based on business needs.
Must be willing to travel 80% of the time within North America and internationally, as needed.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a System Support Specialist, you will:
Support areas of Issue Resolution, DIPS Field Validation, PD Field Validation, and Hyper Care for the commissioning and maintenance of Tetra Pak A3/Speed. Lead the completion of quality reports during all activities in a timely manner. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tetra Pak A3/Speed installation projects with aid of prevailing problem-solving methodologies. Lead installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment. Act as mentor of the new Tetra Pak A3/Speed 250BL with microinjection Molding technology. Participate in system specialist related networks and share best practices. Participate in equipment audit, performance, and continuous improvement activities. Participate in regulatory filings for new machine systems.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field, and six years of experience in high-speed liquid food filling machine technology. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field, and four years of experience in high-speed liquid food filling machine technology.
Must have work experience with:
- 4 years of experience with high-speed liquid food filling equipment
- PLC programing and Rockwell Automation
- Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance
- Issue analysis and Problem-Solving Methodology
- Establishing network with global organizations
