We are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Specialist for a well-established company based in Southall. They are looking for someone who has experience using the CargoWise system, as well as someone who has a freight forwarding background!

- Supporting new software solutions being developed
- Supporting the business analysis when deploying new business processes
- Producing reports on findings and reporting back to the team
- Identifying the processes and information technology required
- Supporting the team when deploying recommended changes
