We're excited to offer an opportunity with our client, a leading European company, extending its influence to over 40 countries globally, with major clients like the Singapore and Hong Kong Police Forces. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated individual for the role of System Tester.

Purpose of the Role: As a System Tester, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our camera hardware and software systems. This involves conducting various functional and non-functional tests, simulating different usage scenarios, and working closely with our development and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Camera Testing:

• Assessing compliance of cameras with specifications.
• Evaluating recording capabilities against battery life.
• Testing various functionalities in different settings.
• Examining wireless camera capabilities under varied network conditions.

• Software Testing:

• Ensuring DEMS 360 software compliance.
• Testing software under diverse network conditions.
• Performing cross-browser compatibility tests.

• System (Camera/Software) Testing:

• Evaluating the interaction of camera hardware and DEMS 360.
• Conducting compatibility tests with different versions of DEMS 360.

• Scalability and Load Testing:

• Evaluating system performance under different loads.
• Stress testing to identify breaking points.

• Operation:

• Collaborating with Technical Account Managers and customers to understand real-life deployments.
• Simulating customer environments to measure system performance.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and supporting the Operations Team.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Essential:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a System Tester or similar role.
• Proficient in software testing methodologies and types.
• Experience in defining and executing test cases.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Familiarity with Browser Compatibility testing.
• Knowledge of system performance testing and automation.

• Desirable:

• Degree or equivalent in an IT/Engineering discipline.
