Form of workSystem Trainer with demonstrable experience delivering training online and in-person system training and operating procedures is sought on a one year FTC by a market leading not for profit based in Birmingham.
With large scale investment in technical innovation this system Trainer will be joining a dynamic, autonomous team working with technical stakeholders to ensure staff across the business have full training (both face to face and virtually) to drive system utilization and best practice.

This System Trainer based in Birmingham should have most of the following:
- At least 3 years system training experience
- Demonstratable experience developing training material and instruction guides (print, video, web)
- The ability to deliver face to face training through presentations & workshops.
- Ability to tailor material to both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent presentation & communications skills
