WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are now looking for a Systems Development Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have an important role in developing and integrating our business information systems, which currently include a bespoke information management system, Hubspot and Microsoft 365, to maximise their capability for the benefit of internal and external users and help us progress our digitisation priorities and projects.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for the daily management of our business information systems, resolving system issues, managing access and data integrity controls, ensuring alignment of stakeholders, management of system vendor relationships and supporting users in adopting new systems and functionality. You will collaborate with staff across the organisation to identify systems requirements and implement structured workflows. You will have a key role in analysing, optimising, and streamlining business processes through digital solutions and integration of our systems.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE:
- A third level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Design, or a related area or an equivalent professional qualification.
OR - A minimum of 3 years work experience focused on business systems and processes and data analysis, including the management, development and application of CRM, ERP, databases, or other business technology systems such as MS Dynamics, Microsoft 365, HubSpot.
AND - Experience in business information systems analysis and configuration, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and working collaboratively with Systems Development and testing teams to deliver high quality solutions.
- Experience of project management, within an IT or systems focused environment, implementing improved or new digital or online information systems or solutions including the provision of training, knowledge sharing, and skill development of other staff/users.
- Experience in creating technical user manuals, system configuration documents and training manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, both written and orally, and in a clear and straightforward manner.
