We are looking to speak with Systems Engineers looking for their next challenge to join some of our high end clients in providing the future of Technology within the defence industry

We are looking for the following:

Requirements Engineering:

• Gathering, documenting, and managing the functional and non-functional requirements of a system.
• Ensuring that requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the system development lifecycle.

System Architecture:

• Designing the overall structure and organization of a system.
• Defining system components, their relationships, and interfaces to meet specified requirements.

System Integration and Testing:

• Ensuring that individual system components work together seamlessly.
• Conducting testing activities to validate and verify that the integrated system meets specified requirements.

Modeling and Simulation:

• Creating models to represent system components and their interactions.
• Simulating system behavior to analyze and optimize performance before physical implementation.

Risk Management:

• Identifying and assessing potential risks that could impact the system.
• Developing strategies to mitigate and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Verification and Validation:

• Confirming that the system meets specified requirements (verification).
• Ensuring that the system satisfies the needs of the end-users (validation).

Lifecycle Management:

• Overseeing the entire system development lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Managing changes, updates, and improvements to the system over time.

Configuration Management:

• Controlling and tracking changes to system components and configurations.
• Ensuring consistency and integrity throughout the system's evolution.

Human-System Integration:

• Considering the human factors in system design.
• Designing interfaces, workflows, and interactions to optimize user experience and performance.

Reliability and Maintainability Engineering:

• Designing systems to be reliable, with minimal downtime and failures.
• Developing strategies to easily maintain and repair system components.

System Security Engineering:

• Implementing measures to protect the system from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
