We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our client on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the development, management, support and service quality of the organisation\'s enterprise Microsoft infrastructure facilities and services. The Technical Specialist will support and manage the company's identity and access management solutions and associated technologies, supporting and maintaining on-premises and cloud based Microsoft Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 & Azure), on-premises and cloud based Microsoft enterprise products (SQL/Identity/SCCM/Security) and all associated service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, configure and maintain Microsoft systems and services, both on-premises and cloud-based, working in close cooperation with other technical and/or support teams.
- Configure and implement commercial solutions for Identity and Access Management infrastructure, and associated database and directory services, and to design bespoke software enhancements for these systems.
- Perform implementation, maintenance, monitoring, performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and continual improvement of the Microsoft services infrastructure (on and off premise).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the organisation\'s key strategic Microsoft products and systems infrastructure, combining a hybrid of shared service implementations, on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and services, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management infrastructure, and associated database and directory services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
