SalarySystems Engineer - Stafford - £40,000 DOE
My client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within an established company.
As a valued member of the Systems and IT team, you will play a crucial role in driving business goals and working on exciting projects for a large UK client base.
We are looking for someone who is switched on, can communicate efficiently and someone who is open to learning new technologies, hardware & software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take lead with IT projects and infrastructure implementations
- Build and manage physical server environments
- Create and maintain IT Infrastructure documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for project support, including server builds and software setup
- Manage day-to-day maintenance of Windows Servers, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and associated hardware
- Provide valuable input for designing new Infrastructure solutions
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with IT teams and third parties
Key Skills:
- Hyper V/VMWare
- SQL Server
- Windows Server 2012/2016
- Hardware Setups - Laptops, PCs, Macs and Mobiles for End Users
- Proficient with Windows 10/11
- Networking experience & Configuration
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
- Projects and Migrations (Software updates and System migration)
- PowerShell scripting
