The main responsibilities for this Systems Engineer job based in Oxford include:

- Use system analysis tools to analyse customer needs, system requirements, capability, and cost to determine project feasibility

- lead the development of the system validation plans and ensure our solutions meet the design specifications and requirements

- Ensure technical solutions are developed based on clear understanding of both the product and its relationship with the user

- Assist the applications engineering manager in building a culture of excellence and lead the technical development team and people

The experience required for this Systems Engineer job based in Oxford include:

- Competent using system analysis tools (UML, Data Flow, FMEA, etc) to analyse customer needs, system requirements, capability, and cost

- Able to investigate and understand complex technical issues and problems

- Have experience on electronic products

- Experience managing more then 2 concurrent projects; plan, track and manage development tasks
