Our client, a leading professional services organization within Exeter has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems Support Analyst to join their team. The company offer generous benefits including, two discretionary bonus schemes, the performance-related bonus which is paid in August for the previous tax year and the Christmas bonus which is paid in December for the calendar year.
This role offers hybrid working; 1 day at home in 10 (Every other Friday) with Flexible hours 8am -6pm Monday –Friday, primarily covering the core office hours of 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing first-line and some second-line support, resolving difficulties that users may experience in the operation of the applications
- Provide application and Systems Support to all users both over the telephone and in person
- Provide hardware support and rectify any faults where practical
- Dealing with any IT set-ups/installations and any other IT issues which would need an on-site presence
Requirements:
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional or other relevant qualification/experience
- At least 12 months of previous Service Desk experience in the Legal sector is desirable
- Very strong technical knowledge of MS Office, including Word formatting, working with templates and legal numbering
- Working knowledge of the following; Active Directory; Azure AD; Exchange Management Console; PowerShell; SCCM; EndPoint Manager
