WorkingPattern: Full Time, 37.5 Hours per a week. Working a 2 week rota, week1: 06:00-14:00 & week 2: 14:00 - 22:00. Includes Working evenings and weekends.
This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and Customer Delivery Hubs in Origin Park when required.
Salary: Please note that from the 1st of April 2024 the pay for this role will be £28,800 - 41,000.00, Annual. Please note this role will attract an additional 20% Shift Premium with a potential earning of up to £5,700 added to your annual Salary.
Please note: This role will also attract an additional Callout pay of £77.50 per a month. It is voluntary to be placed on the callout rota and is not a compulsory requirement.
About the role:
As our CDH Systems Support Technician, you will be the main point of contact for addressing systems issues and technical queries in our Customer Delivery Hubs. Your responsibilities extend to offering expertise and insights to facilitate their resolution effectively.
You will be expected to understand the complex technical landscape for Customer Delivery Hubs and engage with a variety of IT, Hardware and product and development teams to deliver continuous improvement and simplification of systems and processes.
What you will be doing:
Complete analysis and investigation to find possible cause, check outstanding queries and prioritise levels of impact
Complete daily task list within the Operational Service Level agreement
Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports and resolve queries from management, stock administration teams
Configure hardware to new user specification
Complete data collection for central systems for any changes
Co-ordinate, implement and communicate new systems upgrade
Assist with the setup and installation of new sites
Monitor expired user and PC accounts
Coach individuals to the best out of their systems on an ad hoc basis
Liaise with systems across the Distribution network to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach
Support external 3rd Party sites
Essential skills you’ll need
The ability to understand complex system or technical process and explain them to a variety of audiences
Strong interpersonal skills
Can prioritise own workload and work unsupervised
