We have a range of schools in Maidenhead who work closely with Academics to take on a number of enthusiastic graduates into these SEN Teaching Assistant positions on a 1:1 or small group basis. A Teaching Assistant's Responsibilities Include
To provide continued support for the teacher
To carry out one to one and/or small group work with students
Providing tuition and booster sessions with pupils working at a lower ability or on the Special Educational Needs register
Reading sessions and providing numeracy and literacy support Successful Candidates Will Have
Enhanced DBS (we can support you with your application)
Experience of working with SEN children within the mainstream setting of KS3 - 4
Strong Behaviour Management Strategies
