- Overseeing recruitment within the manufacturing department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'TA Partner' should have:
- A comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, particularly in the Life Science - supply chain sector.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- An ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
