Takeaway Assistant

Based in west yorkshire -

Must have experience if not we will train the right person -

Transport provided from wakefield.- dewsbury- sesku - or anywhere within 3 miles .

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and culinary tasks as needed.
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Aid in upselling menu items and promoting specials.
- Help with basic math calculations for orders and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic culinary practices and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £8.52-£10.30 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
