Having a strong supply of talent is very important to us. The roles key requirement is to source talent, internally and externally, and ultimately successfully fill vacancies across the business. You'll work closely with colleagues in HR, L&D and Marketing & Comms.

As a resourcing specialist, you'll advise managers on the best way to recruit and play an active role in our end-to-end recruitment process. In addition, you will develop our employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure both the applicant and recruiting manager experiences are positive.

You will be responsible for; successfully managing the to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding through to induction, delivering in house training, coaching managers through all recruitment related activities, develop suite of metrics to inform decision making and present insight driven solutions.

To make a real impact, you'll need to have;

• Resourcing experience

• Ability to manage end to end recruitment process

• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, social media platforms and online job sites

• Experience of developing internal talent pools

• An ability to build rapport and influence others

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• A focus on continuous improvement; using data and systems

• CIPD qualification or studying towards
