- Respond to recruitment-related enquiries and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Screen candidates effectively, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
- Assist the HR team with various tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Utilise HRIS knowledge, specifically Workday, to manage candidate data and support HR processes.
- Work in a hybrid remote setting, balancing time between home and the office in Chessington.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a recruitment role.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), with specific knowledge of Workday.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
