What you will be doing...
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will Take Responsibility for providing a wide range of support across our busy Talent Acquisition function, ensuring we continue to deliver ahigh-quality serviceto the business, maintaining an excellent candidate experience. You will represent the Talent Acquisition Team as the face of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays on the phone, in Interviews, at Assessment centres and to internal stakeholders. You will also be required to travel occasionally both in the UK and Overseas as required.

- Review, screen and sift candidate applications
- Organise and conduct Interviews, and assessment days
- End to end management of entry level vacancies
- Write advert copy, advertise and promote vacancies, and conduct direct sourcing
- Conduct telephone Interviews and evaluate video Interviews
- Competitor and industry benchmarking
- Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, providing advice and guidance as necessary and always acting as a trusted partner
- Ensure candidate document compliance is maintained
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment with a good understanding of recruitment practices and processes
- Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail - able to execute at pace
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated
