We are looking for ambitious, driven and hard working individuals to join our growing team at our Head Office based on Chester Business Park.
What we can offer – Talent Acquisition Executive:
- £21,256 to £24,000 Annual Salary
- Uncapped Commission Structure – OTE £7,000
- Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm - a degree of flexibility is required
- Every 2nd Friday off (20 Extra days off a year!!!)

The Role – Talent Acquisition Executive:
- Working closely and alongside our Sales and Account Management Team, sourcing a constant flow of screened and qualified candidates.
- Spending large portions of the day on the phone
- Screening a minimum of 15 candidates per day and matching them to their ideal job.
- Creating accurate and detailed CV’s
- Searching job boards and matching CV’s to our open vacancies
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Sharing jobs on various social media platforms.
- Working in a target driven environment
- Attending job centre / recruitment days
The Ideal Candidate – Talent Acquisition Executive:
- A highly motivated individual with previous recruitment or customer service experience – ESSENTIAL
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills
- Highly driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Organised and have the ability to think on their feet
