We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced TA lead to join Norgine. 

The person holding this position will report to a Global TA Director and be a member of the global HR team.

The core responsibility of the TA lead is to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, advise the stakeholders on sourcing strategy to attract talent aligned to the business goals. Talent pipelining to deliver cost-effective recruitment strategies is an important element of the role.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

•           Design, agree and deliver the recruitment needs, with a key focus on direct recruitment

•           Develop ongoing professional relationships with leaders and managers across the various client groups

•           Partner closely with our PSL agencies to ensure our recruitment process is consistent and Norgine’s values are communicated at all times

•           Manage and advise on all aspects of the ‘recruitment lifecycle’ including but not limited to: monitoring the approval process, preparing sourcing strategy and performing sourcing activities, conducting competency-based interviews, maintaining regular communication with candidates and hiring managers

•           Lead the offer, negotiation, and closing process that is in line with company guidelines and exhibits fairness, professionalism and appealing career propositions to candidates

•           Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and internal rules and is managed appropriately both internally and externally

•           Ensure that all recruitment is recorded and provide accurate Talent Acquisition reports and metrics

•           Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses that is in full compliance with all legal and internal requirements

•           Work closely with the global HR Managers to ensure data and system compliance and provide exceptional candidate experience

 

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

•           Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition lead, Talent Acquisition Manager or TA Business Partner

•           Demonstrable experience in candidate and stakeholder management in a stand-alone role

•           Ability to work at a fast pace, prioritise workload & manage multiple requests in an ambiguous change environment

•           Experience utilizing various sourcing methods and tools to attract candidates

•           Experience in managing recruitment agency relationships

•           Experience working with Applicant Tracking System

•           Empathetic style, self-confident and able to influence at all levels

•           Good team player, committed to personal & professional development

•           Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•           High level of professionalism and integrity

•           Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus

•           Fluent English is required

•           This is a hybrid role and it includes regular travel to our UK office (Harefield)
