We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in our institution’s growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent to join our educational institution. This individual will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates who align with our institution's values and objectives. You will have previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruitment Manager ideally in the education sector or public sector. You will have a strong knowledge of recruitment practices and current trends and be able to bring new and innovative recruitment methods to the organisation. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is essential for the role and experience of using LinkedIn recruiter is an advantage. You lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure KPIS are met. You will be educated to degree level in HR, Business Administration, or related field. This role will be a 2.5 days per week job share role. This will be based in Doncaster with 1 day a week in Scunthorpe.
