The Opportunity

We're in the market for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing Internal Talent Team!
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will support the wider operational business with the direct sourcing and selection of talent across the Dechra organisation, with a specific focus on vacancies within our global Oracle Cloud Manufacturing system implementation project (Delphi), led by the Manufacturing & Supply division (DPMS).
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with DPMS and Delphi departmental leaders and other senior stakeholders to understand and manage the current and future hiring needs of the project, providing advice, insight and project management support where appropriate.

This role is initially available on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Main Responsibilities

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Source and engage with high quality talent for vacancies attached to the Delphi project and across the global DPM&S division as needed
  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, global ATS system (Tribepad) and other recruitment tools to proactively build and engage with a diverse pipeline of talent, globally
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions and adverts to support the direct timely recruitment of open and upcoming vacancies
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview arrangements and offers / rejections
  • Support in the delivery of recruitment specific training for hiring teams and provide ongoing support for talent training initiatives
  • Work with external providers such as recruitment agencies and implementation partners to ensure all candidates have sufficient knowledge and experience and to help guide the Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Partner with the Project Lead, DPMS HR Director and local site based HR Teams to plan and prepare local resourcing plans
  • Support local site based HR colleagues and promote best practice and adherence to central TA processes.
  • Ensure the Global ATS system is maintained, updated and reflective of divisional recruitment activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and KPI data.
  • Support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Group HR Director with regular reporting and data driven insights to monitor divisional recruitment performance

  • Experience of leading end to end recruitment campaigns for multiple positions
  • Previous experience recruiting within manufacturing, supply chain or pharmaceuticals is desirable
  • Experience working on project based recruitment
  • Able to work proactively and make decisions under own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Experience of resource planning is desirable
  • Strong Project Management skills
Additional Information
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
  • This role can be performed on a hybrid basis with a mix of time spent in our HQ in Northwich, Cheshire (1-2 days per week) and flexibility to work remotely
