Your new role
This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity to become the Talent Acquisition / recruitment lead in a company that have ambitious plans to build on their success to date.
You will report to a driven line manager who I have enjoyed working with in the past. You will also collaborate with and have support from 2 x HR Advisors in the team.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will suit an excellent multi-tasker with high-energy and enthusiasm who can manage their own workload and the demands of working in a dynamic, fast-paced business. The ability to partner effectively with managers and key stakeholders is essential for this role as you will be managing all Talent Acquisition activity across a global remit. You must be able to positively influence colleagues and have the confidence to present in weekly meetings as the TA / recruitment lead. You will receive the tools and software required for you to work effectively to be successful in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create and build the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire company.
* Innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly. Ensuring the nurturing of the talent pipeline.
* Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure strategy is in line with the market.
* Attend events and represent the company at HR-related / recruitment events.
* Manage all job descriptions in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
* Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the Business Leadership Team.
* Have the ability to organise and run hiring drives at regional college/university/corporate open days.
* Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and manage the procurement and measurement process.
* Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
This is a varied, autonomous role that offers hybrid working (2 days office vs 3 days WFH) and an opportunity to occasionally travel to other parts of the world for work.
Working hours: 37.5 / week with flexibility around start / finish times to suit you between 8am-6.30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have 3 years+ experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role having used a LinkedIn Recruiter Licence and with experience of an ATS / HRIS and Boolean searches. You must also have excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A fluency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential too.
What you'll get in return
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful, growing business in a new role that you can make your own with the potential to evolve as the company does.
You will receive a generous salary between £38,000-£43,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday +BH's (increasing to 27/30 after 3/5 years), flexible (hybrid) working as above, great L&D opportunities to support your progression, an attractive bonus, enhanced maternity / paternity leave, company sick pay, pension, social events, cycle to work scheme, dress down on Fridays and free parking onsite.
