Talent Acquisition Partner Permanent Leicester - Hybrid 37,000 - 45,000 DOE
A fantastic new role has been created within a stylish, progressive client of ours in Leicester. We are looking to recruit a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to really develop and own recruitment within this fantastic organisation. We are looking for somebody who really understands 'Candidate experience' and knows what good looks like. Working very closely with hiring managers and understanding the current candidate market, you will support hiring managers with recruiting exceptional talent across the business - roles will include support functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, IT and Contact Centre.
Reporting in to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the People Services team and other key stakeholders to deliver the company's Talent Acquisition strategy. Building the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business, some of your key focuses will be improving candidate experience and owning employer branding, so having a significant amount of experience across an array of business verticals is essential for this role. You will be required to find creative and resourceful ways to engage with diverse top talent and drive a strong return on investment from all recruitment investment and spend.

What we are looking for:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of operating in an in-house Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role. You should have significant direct hiring experience and be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. You should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, excellent relationship building and networking skills, and be a team player with a drive to succeed.
It would also be great if you also had experience recruiting within a contact centre environment.
