We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partnerto join our European Talent Acquisition Services team. This role will support our Energy Storage group who are on the leading edge of renewable energy and a cleaner, greener future.
 
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in the Europe region through supporting hiring managers of all levels to source, assess and hire the best talent into Wartsila. This is a talent segment focused role within our Energy Storage and Optimisation (ES&O) business line. A fast-growing exciting unit with ambitious growth plans for 2024 to match our commercial growth.
 
The preferred location is Fareham in the UK. 

 

What will you be doing?
 
• Own the end-to-end recruiting cycle for all Energy Storage vacancies in Europe and partner with our global team on international roles
• Partner with hiring managers to guide and support them during their recruitment process
• Utilise direct sourcing methods to attract and engage with high-quality candidates whilst ensuring a world-class candidate experience
• Maintain existing effective relationships with key recruitment agencies and vendors while tracking performance and managing cost whilst focussing on direct sourcing as a priority.
• Delivering coaching and/or training to upskill our hiring managers in becoming recruiting experts.
• Effectively track, monitor and analyse key recruiting metrics for region and share those insights with our leadership team.
• Develop/improve Talent Acquisition programs in conjunction with our central brand teams such as graduate programmes, internships, university outreach and employer branding.

 

You will shine in this role when you have: 
 
• Proven work experience as an internal Recruiter or similar role, ideally within a multi-national business. 
• Experience of partnering with business leaders to drive strategic talent initiatives across the region.
• Solid understanding of leading and managing full-cycle recruitment campaigns for all levels of positions- both volume and specialist.
• Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Strong experience in sourcing talent through ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and other channels.
• Self-driven with the ability to develop strong relationships quickly and often virtually as well as partnering with business stakeholders, vendors and candidates.
• Ability to report and track recruiting related data within your region to support business decisions.
• The ability to thrive with minimal supervision in a changing environment.

 

This role is a 12-month fixed term assignment for external applicants, supporting hybrid working. This is a full time position.
