Job description

Our client has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on an initial 6-month contract. If you have a knack for recruiting top talent and at least three years of experience, this could be the role for you!You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will also work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide market insights, and deliver a positive candidate experience.Role: Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: FarnboroughHours: 37 hours per week - 3 days on site per week, 2 days WFM.Pay: £35.00 per hour via Umbrella - inside IR35£26.45 via PAYESecurity Clearance: The successful candidate will be required to apply for and receive a basic disclosure certificate prior to commencement of the contract.Responsibilities:Industry Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Engineering sector to understand the unique skill sets and competencies required for various roles within the industry.Talent Sourcing: Employ a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with industry associations and educational institutions to identify and engage top talent.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to determine their qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with our company's values.Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand that resonates with prospective candidates in the Aerospace and Engineering industry.Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and help attract a diverse pool of candidates.Candidate Experience: Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.Onboarding: Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the company.Requirements:At least three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, within the aerospace and engineering industry.A solid understanding of various recruitment methods, tools, and best practices across aviation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Occasional travel to other UK and overseas sitesIf you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply immediately!Line Up Aviation has carved its own place in the recruitment of Aviation and Aerospace personnel all over the world for more than 30 years.
