My Aberdeen based client is looking for a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage a small team and lead on talent activities, with responsibility for recruitment delivery & driving the Talent Acquisition agenda in Scotland.


Working with key senior stakeholders and managers you will play a pivotal role in the development of the people agenda in relation to talent and activities include:


  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment of vacancies.
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting the best talent using a variety of channels including social platforms, professional networks, the Careers website.
  • Working with academic institutions and professional associations in the attraction of future talent.
  • Working with hiring managers to determine the best process for each position.
  • Assisting hiring managers where required to determine the best and most appropriate hiring and recruitment process.
  • Screening & assessing candidate applications thru CV review and initial calls before submission to Hiring Managers.
  • Attending interviews to with hiring managers to provide support and input through the selection process.
  • Day to day responsibility for the Talent Acquisition Team including training & development.
  • Working closely with the TA Analyst and Head of TA to provide insights & reports that enable forecasting and highlight specific recruitment challenges and trends.

To be considered for this lead role, you will have Talent Acquisition experience combined with proven ability to effectively manage and develop a small team. You will have a track record of developing talent & recruitment strategies and demonstrable ability and resilience to understand where the Business is today and the approach/activities and strategies required to make an impact on the Business and its long term success thru its approach to talent.


My client is looking for a solutions-focused Talent Acquisition Manager/Partner with a proactive approach, excellent teamwork mentality and first class communication & relationship building skills. You will also possess a customer-focused approach both internally & externally.


You will also be based within easy commuting distance of Aberdeen as this is a hybrid role (2/3 days per week in the office) and have knowledge of the local and surrounding market relating to talent.


Salary up to £60,000 per annum
