Overview

Are you an experienced Recruiter who thrives on stakeholder engagement, deadlines and making real business impact? If so, the permanent opportunity on our Talent Acquisition team could be the one for you. In this role you will be the key hiring contact for our Frontline & R&D organisation, whilst being part of our wider People team.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities

Strategic Activity

  • Lead the planning, & recruitment of Frontline, & R&D
  • Always adopt a process and performance improvement mindset.
  • Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations.
  • Adjust personal approach to workload based on MI.
  • Input, design & execute functional attraction plans, to include social media.

Operational Activity

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service for all internal and external frontline & R&D talent.
  • Ensure Frontline process is aligned to Europe/Global best practice and optimising H20.
  • Support the business to build & maintain relevant relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement (clarity between long term pipeline and short term). Conduct effective role briefing meetings.
  • Write and promote engaging internal and external advertising based on a thorough role briefing.
  • Direct source candidates using a range of methods and tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Shortlists, phone screen, support assessments/interviews.
  • Effectively articulate PepsiCo’s EVP to all candidates.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to all that includes informing candidates of PepsiCo's recruiting and on boarding process.
  • Execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters.
  • Adhere to TA processes and best practice system use (ICIMS, MyServices, LinkedIn Recruiter) always.
  • Advise on temporary recruitment as required.
  • Build hiring manager recruitment capability by delivering recruitment skills training.
  • Ensure the correct use of assessment tools for each hire
Qualifications

...

  • In-house full lifecycle recruitment experience in a TA specialist role (could be with an RPO) or high volume agency recruitment experience within Manufacturing/Operations
  • Interest in relationship building, working to deadlines and managing multiple relationships
  • Proven experience in managing and running multiple campaigns in an end to end recruitment process
  • Proven experience of exceptional candidate management and successful delivery against recruitment KPI’s
  • Have led on recruitment projects/initiatives.
