Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee As Talent Acquisition Onboader, you’ll be responsible for contract generation, background checks, supporting report compilation, inbox management and conducting and monitoring compliance requirements. You’ll do this with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience whilst partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Onboarder on a 12 Month FTC to support talent operations by helping to ensure a consistent, compliant, and efficient process, to onboard new colleagues into QBE.

The Opportunity

As Talent Acquisition Onboader, you’ll be responsible for contract generation, background checks, supporting report compilation, inbox management and conducting and monitoring compliance requirements. You’ll do this with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience whilst partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Your New Role

  • Provide timely and personalised support by evaluating and troubleshooting the talent management system and compliance matters, quickly interpreting situations, identifying escalation points and co-ordinating and communicating resolutions
  • Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge and collaborating with peers
  • Provide support and training to end users to ensure understanding of process and systems
  • Conduct audits of recruitment files and conduct/communicate necessary changes and action items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes
  • Complete administrative duties to support the full recruitment cycle
  • Support the talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed to contribute to the effective management of workload
  • Amend records as needed by utilising established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance
  • General administration duties including invoicing
  • Act as a Workday super user, providing technical support and running UAT as required during any upgrade or process changes

About You

  • Strong customer and candidate experience focus
  • Excellent communication, time management, problem solving and issue resolution skills with a focus on ownership and accountability
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and processes in a timely manner with a focus on compliance
  • A focus on continuous improvement and the ability to challenge and suggest recommendations for future processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Previous experience working within Recruitment / Talent Acquisition would be beneficial although not essential
  • Previous experience of Workday would be desirable
