The What...

Our Talent Coordinator sits in our Talent and Recruitment team and is based at our Support Centre in Hemel Hempstead.

The responsibilities of the Talent Coordinator include:

Culture and Development

  • Support the Talent Manager in co-ordinating our Top Talent programmes, workshops, and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Maintain our LMS with up-to-date training documents, modules, and hierarchy information.
  • To be the key contact for all talent, engagement, and development queries.
  • Maintain and communicate key messages through our internal commination platforms.
  • Run and distribute reports and maintain trackers.
  • Co-ordinate the Team Member of the Month, charity donation and long service awards, sharing these through our internal comms platforms.
  • Organise inductions/on-boarding/folders/welcome packs for new management recruits.
  • Administration of the company’s apprenticeship levy.
  • Monitor and respond to mailboxes within our SLA timeframes.

Recruitment

  • Completing the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment.
  • Source and headhunt potential candidates through various routes to market.
  • Post job adverts on our website and job boards.
  • Screening CVs and applications.
  • Complete initial screening calls.
  • Conduct telephone interviews.
  • Process offers and contracts.
  • Request and manage references.
  • Support centres with recruitment queries

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to analysis and manipulate data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Word and Excel skills at an intermediate level.
  • A confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Appreciation of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good accuracy and organisation skills
  • A proactive approach - a self-starter.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the business.
  • HR admin/LMS/ATS/recruitment experience desirable
