Talent and Development Coordinator

Par, St Austell, Cornwall

Full time (37.5 hours per week) - Monday to Friday

12 months FTC (covering maternity leave)

GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 (depending on experience)

This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their experience working in a Learning and Development environment to support our business with the planning, scheduling and organisation of our comprehensive training programme across all business areas. Much of this role is about liaising with our managers to understand the training needs of our people and working with external training providers (assessing their capabilities and scheduling their time) who deliver our training. This role is all about facilitating the development of our own employees and supporting our talent pipeline by attending career fairs.

This role supports all of our sites in both Cornwall and the UK.

You will:

  • Qualified to CIPD level 3 or equivalent
  • Have experience of working within Learning and Development ideally within a co-ordinator role
  • Have experience of planning and scheduling training programmes
  • Ideally have experience of attending careers fairs
  • Ideally have experience of delivering training within a budget/budget management
  • Be highly organised and flexible in your approach
  • Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential
