About the Team
The Data AI Lab business team is made up of a number of engineering teams that create and implement technologies that are key to our TikTok and ByteDance products. We are excited to continue adding to our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
As a Talent Sourcer supporting our Data AI team (This is a 6 month contract initially, with the potential to extend to 12 months) at TikTok, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. The ideal candidate will identify qualified candidates to ensure we have a great candidate pipeline for our roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, and Github).
2. Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine position requirements.
4. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
5. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
6. Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
7. Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role with specific experience of identifying and hiring top technology engineering talent globally.
2. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
3. Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.
4. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
