Duties:

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

- Manage inventory ​maintain kitchen equipment

- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Requirements:

- Proven experience in culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant setting

- Strong team management skills

- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £450.00-£550.00 per week
