As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a skilled Tandoori/BBQ Chef specializing in Pakistani barbecue to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Pakistani barbecue dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Seekh Kebabs, Lamb Chops, and Grilled Fish.
• Operate and maintain tandoor oven and barbecue equipment, ensuring proper temperatures and cooking times are maintained.
• Develop and execute marinades and spice blends for barbecue dishes, enhancing flavor and tenderness.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of barbecue items.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of meats and marinades.
• Monitor inventory of barbecue ingredients and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Assist with menu development and innovation, contributing creative ideas for new barbecue offerings.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests and answering any questions about the menu.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Tandoori/BBQ Chef, preferably in a Pakistani restaurant or barbecue establishment.
• Knowledge of Pakistani barbecue techniques, including marinating, skewering, and grilling.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating flavorful and perfectly cooked barbecue dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
