TAR Manager - Expiring soon!

Petroplan are looking to hire 2 x TAR Managers to join the team for a major Oil and Gas client of ours in Grangemouth Scotland. This is a permanent staff role, working on site 37.5 hours a week, coming with a generous annual salary and full staff package. Ideally you will hold: Have extensive experience in Maintenance, TARs and Projects. Have advanced team leadership skills and behaviours. Have extensive knowledge of engineering sub-contract management. Demonstrate strong decision making skills, both within and out with area of expertise. Be able to manage budgets and cost management systems. Have working knowledge of industrial relations management and the NAECI agreement. Have well established networks and contacts Have knowledge of integrated site manufacturing operations and external logistics issues. Have experience using Maximo / SAP.
