This assignment duration would be 12 months and will combine coursework and job rotations.
In line with Emiratization requirements preference will be given to qualified Emirati nationals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation team  to manage complex Projects for the APM portfolio.
• Compiling Inputs for project planning
• Projects Portfolio consolidation
• Coordination of on-time Design document submission
• Follow-up for on-time delivery of inward deliveries
• Management of letter submissions and update the event logger
• Coordination with internal stakeholders to forecast customer milestones such as FAT, UAT, deliveries, start of site activities etc.
• Updating Project plan with actual completion dates
• Coordination with site teams to ensure all comments are compiled on time

Required Qualifications

• Eager to learn Grid Solution Business dynamics
• No obstacle to work for 5 days in a week during 12 months rotation period.
• No obstacle to work from the office in Dubai
• BS degree from Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer or relevant department
• Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
• Ability to work as a supportive, collaborative, team player, while having an effective working relationships with peers and others
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge ERP (SAP) is an advantage
• MS degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
