My client is hiring a Tax Advisory Manager to join their high-growth tax team that assist international and multinational Financial Institutions in aligning their global tax strategy with business objectives.

The team is renowned for its sector expertise and trusted client relationships across various financial institutions. The team offers Both UK and International Tax Advisory services to tier 1 Banks, Insurance firms, and Wealth & Asset Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical approach.
• Identify and pursue opportunities by leveraging knowledge and expertise.
• Build strong client and internal relationships in the Financial Services industry.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through delegation and training.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong Tax Advisory technical skills.
• Expertise in UK and International Tax legislation.
• ACA/CTA/legal qualification preferred.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience working with Financial Services clients (preferable but not necessary).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards work.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
