SalaryOur client, a leading Tax Advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Property Advisory team. This role is specifically focused on advising Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and family offices on their tax affairs related to property investments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax advice to UHNWs, family offices, and wealthy families across all direct taxes.
- Advise on property structuring, incorporation, and Stamp Duty Land Tax implications.
- Conduct tax due diligence reviews for company purchases, ensuring compliance and identifying potential tax risks.
Requirements:
- Qualified tax professional with extensive experience in property Tax Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and property tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, family offices, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex tax matters and provide strategic advice.
