Boyden Executive Search is delighted to be working with Crowe in expanding its Tax department to add a Director to the team.

As a result of Crowe’s remarkable growth and ongoing achievements, we are expanding our Tax Department with the addition of a Tax Director: Corporate. This appointment will enable us to maintain our position as one of the leading tax advisory practices in Ireland. You are likely to be an ambitious Senior Manager or experienced Tax Director who is looking to operate in an environment that allows you to strategically work across multiple sectors and can accelerate your career progression.

You will have good people skills and strong project management ability coupled with excellent tax knowledge. In addition to reviewing work and managing a portfolio of clients, you will enjoy coaching and mentoring team members and helping people progress professionally.

Requirements

Fully qualified Accountant (ACA and/or CTA or equivalent) is essential. Proven people management experience and skills Strong evidence of technical competence, topical tax issues, analytics, financial and business acumen. Proven ability to work on a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
