Are you a looking to join a practice at a Tax Director level with Personal Tax experience from a practice background looking to head up a growing Tax Practice where you will be responsible for the growth and development of the department and realistic potential to become a Partner?

In the role you will be responsible for the delivery of all Personal Tax returns and to grow the portfolio of clients and type of Personal Tax advisory services that are on offer. You will need to grow the portfolio of clients and manage the growth of the team while attaining budget.

This role will suit a Personal Tax Manager or Tax Specialist wanting to grow their career, take an entrepreneurial approach to their work, listen to new ideas and procedures as well as contributing their ideas to improve efficiencies and client service within Personal Tax.

The Role:

• Delivering Personal Tax accounts and advice
• Grow the portfolio of Personal Tax clients
• Adopt current tax procedures and processes and improve them over time

The Person:

• CTA, ATT, ACCA or ACA Qualified
• Personal Tax in practice environment
