Your Role as M&A Manager

- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
What you'll need to be successful
- Extensive experience in tax advisory, preferably with a focus on M&A.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA)
